There are something confused with tea lovers, for example, the real flavor of Red Oolong tea. 
Some of Oolong tea presented red tea soup and called "Red Oolong tea ",it's not the true.

The real Red Oolong almost  come from Taitung because TRES considered how to promote the tea market in the Eastern Taiwan .The processing of Red Oolong is similar to common Oolong tea, but different from the setting and tossing in the process of Oolong tea. The technology of Red Oolong had been protected by TRES, and there are not so many tea farmers can make it. 

The flavor of Red Oolong is between the Honey flavor Black tea and Oriental Beauty, enrich fruitful flavors and sweet, and quite certainly unique you never tasted before, I believed.

This Red Oolong is made from TTES No.12,and more sweet after tasted you could find. 
By the way, it is definitely fantastic for cold brewing.
